Dear Vendor Partner –

Wisconsin Building Supply is pleased to extend to you an invitation to participate in our Annual Contractor Show and Appreciation Event to be held on Thursday February 20th, 2025 at the Hilton Paper Valley Hotel, 333 W College Avenue, Appleton Wisconsin. This opportunity provides you and your company an unparalleled platform to meet, converse with and educate the decision makers of our current and perspective customer base.

This year the tradeshow floor will be on Thursday only. Our internal WBS Team will be on the with our vendors mid-morning followed by guests from 2:30 to 6:30pm. For those of you who wish to stay the evening, we have negotiated a rate at the hotel, so please feel free to book under our block. Hotel charges will be your own expense. To accept this invitation to our Contractor Show and Appreciation Night please complete the web form below by Tuesday December 31, 2024. Each booth is 8 x 10 at a cost of $4,000. Will be invoiced upon commitment and invoices shall be paid in a form of a check to Wisconsin Building Supply. We ask that your display is professional and creative and that a company representative be present during show hours.

• Show times: Thursday 11:00am to 12:30pm for internal WBS Team. Thursday 2:30pm to 6:30pm for Contractors and WBS Team.
• One day show with set up Wednesday, February 19th. If you would like you can send booth material and displays to our Appleton location, they will deliver it to the conference center. Please send this product to the attention of Jeff Timm.

Prior to the show, WBS also allows customers the opportunity to attend an education course. If you or your company offers accredited continuing education and would like to lead a class, please fill out that section on the commitment form.
